How Your WiFi Router Ruins The Schuman Resonance

I'm going to make this as dumb and as quick as I can.
The Earth has a barrier between it and space called the ionosphere which is made up of charged particles like electrons and ions.
Now imagine the ground of the Earth and the ionosphere being like the hollow cavity of a guitar. The strings of the guitar produce a vibration that resonates or bounces around in the cavity and makes a sound.
Ok so the ionosphere surrounding the Earth is like the body of a guitar. So what are the Earth's guitar strings?
The Earth's guitar strings are mostly lightning strikes that produce very low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic waves. These waves make up a natural EMF frequency or vibration known as the Schuman Resonance.
The main frequencies of the Schuman resonance are 7.83hz, 14.1hz, 20.3hz, 26.6hz and 32.4hz but they do extend up to 60hz.
These waves or frequencies or vibrations continuously bounce around the cavity of Earth between the ground and the ionosphere creating a signal that your body and brain tune into in order to determine how to operate efficiently.

So for millions of years, life has evolved to tune into and use the Schuman resonance as a signal on for how to operate and stay healthy.
Now here's the bad news for you.....
Moronic humans have now filled the ionosphere up with billions of other polarized signals/frequencies like radiowaves, powerlines and other forms of non-native electromagnetic radiation (nnEMF) and frequencies from cell phones and wifi.
Because these are invisible most people and scientists pay no attention to them.
But your brain and body do and the manmade signals, in addition to being damaging to your health in many other ways, are drowning out the natural Schuman resonance which means your body is not getting the guidance it needs to stay healthier longer.
I created this article to just make you aware of the issue so I am not going too much more in depth but I do want to show you quickly why it is super important you turn your WiFi off at least during the night.
The Schuman Resonance has a natural rhythm to it from night to day with the amplitude being generally higher during the day.
The point of this is that your brain and body are generally used to stronger signals during the day and weaker signals at night.
Keep that in mind as I tie this post in a bow now.
The "main" Schuman Resonance frequency is 7.83hz.
One Herz or "hz" is equal to one wave cycle passing through any given point per second.
So a frequency that is 7.83hz means that the frequency wave speeds past a given point 7.83 times per second.
Now the Wifi in your house is usually 2.4GHz or 5Ghz!
That means that the frequency wave from your Wifi router passes through any given point 2.4 or 5 BILLION times per second.
This is insane.
Instead of the Earth's natural frequency wave passing through your body from 7 to 60 times per second, manmade wifi send a frequency wave out that crashes into your body billions of times per second.
Your body was not built to process these super fast signals and it is breaking down faster because of it.
So why do you want to turn your WiFi off at LEAST at night?
At night, your brainwaves synch up or entrain and resonate with the Schuman Resonance. This helps your brain to repair and regenerate your body from the day's stressors.
But when you have your WiFi blasting at night, you are blasting your brain with signals billions of times faster than the natural signals it evolved to entrain to (brainwave entrainment) and creating inefficiency and confusion.
Inefficient brain operation, especially at night, leads to disease acceleration.
So please start turning your WiFi and other electromagnetic signals like cell phones, off at night. Your body can better handle increased energies like this during the day than at night.
