Mental illnesses like bipolar and depression are exploding today.
Younger and younger people are getting these diseases faster and faster.
There is a glaring reason why and your regular doctor probably has no clue. The reason?
Dark days and bright nights (circadian rhythm disruption).
In this study of over 91,000 people for two years they found that ""Circadian disruption is reliably associated with various adverse mental health and wellbeing outcomes, including major depressive disorder and bipolar disorder..."
And this isn't the only study.
There are now hundreds of studies showing how too little light during the day and too much light at night increases your risk of depression, bipolar disorder and many more mental health issues. Not hard to find just do a quick search on google or pubmed.
If you have bad mental health like bipolar disorders or depression, you must fix the kind of light and the timing of light you allow into your life.
You need bright days and dark nights not dark days and bright nights.
You can do this for free by going outside a lot more during the day, especially in the morning, and turning off the lights or avoiding screens at night.
