SO as you learn in this video, orange tinted blue blockers still let some of the melatonin suppressing green light spectrum in through the lens. While you can see better in orange tints which makes them great for driving at night or going out to dinner, if you want complete protection at night you need a pair of green AND blue light blocking glasses.
